Hello Beauty! If you are interested in being featured continue reading. There are 4 different groups in which you could choose from:

  1. Newly Natural Beauties;
  2. Yearling Beauties;
  3. A Natural Story; and
  4. Transitioning Story.

Select the group that best pertains to you and get to writing!

Send all emails to [email protected]. Pictures are mandatory. Get your selfie on… Over filtered pictures will not be used (need to see hair texture). Also, please make sure pictures are clear… Send in however many your heart desires. I look forward to hearing your stories and seeing your beauty! I also thank you for allowing me to feature you!

Newly Natural Beauties:

If you have just big chopped (BC), ended your transition, or if you have been natural for a while but just want to share your BC pictures, send them in! Here are some ideas to include:

  • Did you big chop?
  • How long did you transition?
  • What styles did you transition with?
  • What are you favorite products thus far?
  • What do you love most about your hair?
  • List any opposition/problems you faced along the way.
  • Pictures of you relaxed, transitioning, post BC, and any styles you tried.

Yearling Beauties:

Have you hit your one year anniversary of being natural? Tell us your account of how your first year has been, what you’ve learned and what you hope to learn. You may also include:

  • Why did you decide to go natural?
  • How long did you transition?
  • What are your go-to styles currently?
  • What are your favorite products?
  • What are some important things you’ve learned over the last year about your hair?
  • Does your hair look like you thought it would at the one year mark?
  • Advice for newly natural ladies.

A Natural Story:

Just want to share your natural experience? Good, because we want to hear about it and see pictures!

  • How long have you been natural if not always natural?
  • Did you big chop? Or semi-chopped after transitioning?
  • How long did you transition?
  • What have been you biggest obstacles to overcome regarding your hair?
  • What are your favorite styles?
  • What are your favorite products?
